2015: Week Five

Sunday, Jan 25: league tennis match (singles) – I lost to the same frustrating opponent as last time, BUT my level of play is already improving a lot. So I wasn’t proud that I lost with the exact same number of games won, but I was proud of my actual improving tennis skill, if that makes sense.

Monday, Jan 26: Strength training #1, NROL4W stage 6, workout 5A

Friday: Jan 30: team clinic workout rained out:-(

Saturday, Jan 31: tennis team practice, three sets doubles; strength training #2, NROL4W stage 6, workout 5B – end of stage 6!
