Dec 28 (Sun):  lifting #1/3: NROL Supercharged, week 1, workout a

Dec 29 (Mon):  rest

Dec 30 (Tues):  yoga class

Dec 31 (Wed):  lifting #2/3:  NROL Supercharged, week 1, workout b (Did two Supercharged workouts, then decided to go  back and finish NROL4W, which I’d stopped after stage 5 out of 7 stages)

Jan 1 (Thurs):  2 sets of tennis (doubles) – winter league practice

Jan 2 (Fri):  lifting #3/3 – New Rules of Lifting for Women Stage 6, week 1, workout a (NROL4W stage 6, 1a)

Jan 3 (Sat):  2 sets of tennis (singles) – winter league match
