2015: Week Six

Sunday, Feb 1: tennis match, WE WON! DECISIVELY! 6-1, 6-1

Monday, Feb 2: No strength training this week — rest week before starting NROL4W stage 7 (“The Final Cut”)

Tuesday, Feb 3: challenging yoga class, kind of struggled through this one but ultimately glad I showed up

Wednesday, Feb 4:

Thursday, Feb 5: challenging yoga, and a GREAT practice:-)

Friday, Feb 6: rest

Saturday, Feb 7: yard work. I mean YARD WORK!!!!! Like, really brutal manual labor.
